What countries do you ship to?

We offer free UPS Express / FedEx Express / DHL Express shipping to every country in the world.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery Time – orders dispatched from our EU (Lithuania) warehouse within 10-15 business days.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):

To EU countries: Typically 2–7 business days.
To the USA: Typically 2–7 business days.
To the rest of the world: Typically 2–7 business days.

Exclusions – No delivery to PO Boxes or Military Bases.
Custom Fees & Taxes – Paid by the recipient, based on local regulations.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping. This means that you don't pay anything for shipping no matter where you are.

Are there any customs/import fees?

In most cases, UPS/FedEx/DHL does not require customers to pay any import fees. However, any additional charges or fees incurred during this process are beyond our control and would need to be managed accordingly by the recipient.

How do I track my order?

After we produce and ship your metal silhouette, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where you will find your UPS/FedEx/DHL tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

You can also simply press the "Track Shipment" button inside of the email, and it will take you directly to UPS's/FedEx's/DHL's site, where you will be able to track your order.

How can I hang my metal silhouette?

Each metal silhouette comes with a hanger attached to the back for easy installation. For your convenience, we've also included a complimentary self-adhesive hook.

Please Note: For a secure hold, it is crucial to apply the hook to a clean, smooth surface.

How are the metal silhouettes made?

Each silhouette is precision laser-cut from high-grade 2 mm thick S235 steel. It is then meticulously hand-polished and finished with a durable matte black powder coat. This process not only ensures a sleek, minimalistic look but also guarantees a finish that is built to last a lifetime.

For an impressive 3D effect, the silhouette is designed with built-in standoffs that hold it 1.6 cm (approx. 0.6 inches) away from the wall, creating a captivating drop shadow. Installation is simple, thanks to an integrated hanger on the back that allows for hanging with a single nail/self-adhesive hook.

Can I hang my metal silhouette outside?

Yes, our silhouettes are finished with a weather-resistant powder coat, making them suitable for outdoor use. However, for optimal longevity, we recommend displaying them indoors. Any deep scratches or damage to the protective layer can expose the steel to the elements and may lead to rust over time.

What is powder coating?

Powder coating is an advanced dry finishing process. It works by applying an electrostatic charge to a fine powder, which causes it to adhere securely to the surface of the metal. This creates a hard, durable finish that is significantly tougher than conventional paint. As a result, a powder-coated surface is far more resistant to chipping, scratching, and moisture.

I can’t find the car model that I’m looking for!

No need to worry! We can design a silhouette of any car, bike, boat, and any other vehicle and turn it into metal art. All you need to do is input the model name of the car or any other vehicle.

How do custom orders work?

Our Custom Design Process:

Design & Preview: After you order, we'll create a digital proof of your custom silhouette and email it to you for review.
Approve & Revise: Request any adjustments you'd like. We offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
Create & Ship: Once you approve the final design, we'll produce your metal art and ship it directly to your home.

Do you only make metal silhouettes for cars?

Our custom work knows no bounds. We can create a detailed metal silhouette of any vehicle you can imagine—be it a car, motorcycle, plane, or ship—as well as custom emblems and logos.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may return the metal silhouette within 30 days of delivery. Please note, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What happens if my product arrives bent?

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, due to the unique size and shape of our silhouettes, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the item as soon as you receive it. This will allow us to resolve the issue for you immediately and get a replacement on its way to you right away, at no extra cost.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Our return policy allows you to return the metal silhouette within 30 days of delivery. You must cover the shipping costs.

How secure are your payments?

We process all payments securely through Stripe and PayPal. You can rest assured that your financial details are safe. These platforms use high-level encryption to protect your data and have strong policies in place to safeguard your purchase from start to finish.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For your convenience, we also offer express checkout with PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I use a discount code?

On the checkout page, you'll see a box for it. Just type your code in and don't forget to hit the "Apply" button to see your savings.

What currency is the store in?

All of our prices are shown in American dollars (USD).

Can I check out even if my bank does not use USD?

Yes, absolutely. Although our prices are displayed in USD, our payment system will automatically handle the conversion. Your bank or card provider will charge you the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the current exchange rate.
